Wastewater Control
COSMAX NBT operates and manages wastewater treatment facilities to control water pollutants generated during production and R&D to the limits. We analyze the concentration of wastewater every week, and we strive to minimize the amount of water pollutants discharged by establishing countermeasures for high-concentration wastewater in connection with the production team in the event of high-concentration wastewater inflow.

Waste control
COSMAX NBT entrusts the treatment of waste generated during production, research, development, and other processes to a specialized treatment company. To minimize pollutants in the waste treatment process, we aim to zero the throughput of incineration and landfill.

Chemicals control
COSMAX NBT complies with stricter legal requirements relating to chemicals. To prevent the impact on workers in the workplace and on people and the environment around the workplace, we had gradually replaced the previously used harmful chemicals with non-harmful chemicals, so we have become a workplace that does not use harmful chemicals since May 2021.

Air pollution control
COSMAX NBT operates and manages filter dust collectors and low NOx burners to control air pollutants generated during production and R&D to the legal acceptance level or below. To minimize air pollutants, we set our own standards for dust and sulfur oxides among air pollutants within 30% of the legal emission limit and regularly measure and monitor them through an external specialized institution.
